Reservation *Chef’s Counter reservations made here will be offered our full dinner menu, a la carte. For our Chef’s Counter Tasting Experience, please see our separate reserve option on TOCK. Each reservation will be allotted two hours for their dining experience. For parties of 6 or more, we require a credit card to secure the reservation. No charges will be applied to the card unless there’s a last minute cancellation or missed arrival, in which case a charge of $10 per guest would be applied.

Chef's Counter $180 The Chef’s Counter at Fort Oak features Chef Brad Wise’s unabashedly bold cooking, along with a front-row seat to catch our award-winning culinary team at work. Limited to just ten guests per night, our tasting menu takes diners on an adventurous journey, one that’s centered around our wood-burning hearth. An optional beverage pairing is highly encouraged.Substitutions and modifications will be politely declined.
