**Reservation Information & Dining Policies**We look forward to welcoming you to Glorietta!Reservations may be made up to ninety days in advance. If you're running behind, please call us. We are happy to hold reservations for up to fifteen minutes before offering the table to guests on our waitlist. To ensure a smooth dining experience, we are unable to seat incomplete parties.Our main dining room accommodates parties of up to seven guests. For groups of eight to fourteen, we offer our Private Dining experience with a family-style prix fixe menu beginning at $95 per person. We are unable to accommodate parties larger than seven for standard dinner service or split larger groups across multiple tables.If your party size changes, please let us know in advance. While we will always do our best, additional guests cannot be guaranteed without notice.Guests are welcome to bring bottles from their personal cellar. Corkage is $50 per 750ml bottle, with no limit.Street parking is available along N. Glenwood Street, with additional public parking available at 250 N. Cache Street.**Cancellation Policy**Glorietta is a destination restaurant with limited reservations each evening. Reservations canceled on short notice often cannot be offered to another guest. Our cancellation policy helps protect the reservation we commit to each guest while allowing us to thoughtfully prepare for every evening of service.Reservations canceled within twenty-four hours of the scheduled reservation time, as well as no-shows, are subject to a $75 per person cancellation fee.Reservations may be transferred to another guest or rescheduled outside the twenty-four-hour cancellation window, subject to availability. Requests made within the twenty-four-hour window are treated as cancellations.By confirming a reservation, the reservation holder accepts these policies on behalf of all guests in the party.

We look forward to welcoming you at the chef’s table in our private dining room!For parties of eight to fourteen, we offer a family-style prix fixe menu at ninety-five dollars per person. Course selections are confirmed at booking, and certain dishes may carry a supplemental charge. À la carte dining is not available for this format.Sommelier-curated wine pairings are available at ninety dollars per person. When selected, pairings must be enjoyed by the entire table. All guests participating in wine pairings must be twenty-one years of age or older.Final guest counts are confirmed seven days prior to the reservation. Additional guests may not be accommodated without notice. If accommodated within seven days, additional guests will be charged one hundred fifty dollars per person. Parties arriving with fewer guests will be charged for the confirmed count. To maintain the flow of service, we do not seat incomplete parties.Chef’s Table reservations are allocated three hours.This reservation carries a ninety-five dollar per-person cancellation fee. Cancellations made by 5:00 pm, seven days prior, will receive a full refund. After that time, no-show or late cancellation fees apply regardless of circumstance.Reservations may be transferred or moved to another date, subject to availability. Changes made within the seven-day cancellation window are treated as cancellations and charged in full.Guests traveling to Jackson Hole are encouraged to consider travel insurance.Full and partial private dining room rentals are also available with food and beverage minimums for three-hour or full-evening buyouts, allowing guests to order à la carte and dine at a more relaxed pace.
