“Came here for my birthday dinner to try something new, and we had a great time and will definitely be back. I have never given a plate a 10 out of 10 rating before. The Shrimp and Grits was a perfect plate for me. The sauce was so delicious. Shrimp cooked perfectly, grits creamy. Perfect size, filling but I came hungry and did not leave a drop on the plate. The Johnny Cakes on the side are fantastic. My friends ended up ordering a side of them. My friends had the Jambalaya Linguine and the Pulled Pork Sandwich and they were good too, the Jambalaya Linguine stood out more. We got Buffalo wings as an appetizer and they were simple but delicious. The staff were really nice and the atmosphere is super cool. If you're thinking about eating here, do it!”

“Absolutely excellent spot for Southern food. We all got different dishes and shared. There wasn't a bad thing out of what everyone ordered. Especially loved the sweet potatos! The Jambalayas were both amazing. Come hungry if you go! Very friendly staff and parking on site. It's a great spot!”

“Golden Thyme had been on my list for a while and I only regret that I didn't get here sooner because this is likely to be a new favorite. We had the jambalaya linguine and the tater tot gumbo, both of which were delicious with tender pieces of meat, the perfect amount of heat, and generous portions. The butter cake was heavenly and my husband really enjoyed the sweet potato cheesecake. There are many more things to try and we're looking forward to returning soon and bringing friends along! Also, the staff were great and the ambiance very inviting. All the patrons were obviously enjoying themselves and the food.”

“This was my first time visiting Golden Thyme and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. I was impressed by the guitarist, playing in the background and the owner coming around to greet customers, ensuring that they were enjoying the food/beverages. My meal was the Po’Boy with fried catfish. The sandwich was great and so were the french fries. Overall, I encourage everyone to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Really enjoyed the food here. It is definitely a southern style menu. Everything we had was very well prepared and excellent. The collard green dip was delicious. The chicken sandwich and the pull pork sandwiches were wonderful. The buns were deliciously soft and toasted spot-on. The Jambalaya linguine was delicious. The sauce was perfectly spicey and rich & creamy. It had plenty of chicken, andouille, and shrimp. I would would absolutely eat it again! The staff was awesome. They knew the menu inside and out, and everyone was very friendly. Very family friendly place. You will have a great experience here!!!”
