“If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to have a drink…this is the place to be. The ambience is beautiful…the setting is calming and relaxing. Our bartender was Armand who was very accommodating..they have their own signature cocktails but Armand learned what we liked and made drinks based off of that..no complaints! :-) We also got the chance to meet one of the owners J.R. who was also very friendly …very happy to find such a nice *hidden gem* (pun intended) My spouse and I will definitely visit again..and again :-)”
“This is a fantastic spot. Excellent vibe, and excellent cocktails, and the perfect slate of bar snacks to accompany it. Highly recommend finding Armand who makes an insane white negroni. An absolute must for anyone in the area”
“Love this unique place. The music was great, the cocktails were great, and the service outstanding. I had the lavender martini and it wasn’t too sweet which I love. I also had the charcuterie board which was okay.”
“Fantastic experience. Delicious cocktails. Excellently skilled, friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. Great bar offerings- quality stuff. Can't believe I've been missing out! Will come here whenever I'm in the area.”
“We had heard good things from friends in town so checked it out on a Friday night. I was expecting a true speakeasy entrance that was hard to find and wish they had a red velvet curtain or something to add some mystery...We each had a cocktail. I was surprised when I asked my waiter about their vodka selection he said "We don't have that many vodkas" and rattled off a few standard ones you can find in any restaurant regardless of cuisine. I was also disappointed that they made no mention of snacks to accompany your drinks as we would have tried the nuts or charcuterie...I also didn't learn of the history of the building and name until I was up at the bar and saw a small framed sign that explained a bit. That should be in the menu or on each table in my opinion. Lastly, if they want to truly go for the speakeasy vibe, I wouldn't play modern music while showing a 1940s Gary Cooper movie and have a Guinness sign up on the wall...I think this spot has great potential with some tweaks.”
