“So we’ve found our new favorite place! 🥹💕 How did we not discover this place sooner? The restaurant has such a luxurious vibe, and the music is amazing! I truly hope more people get to experience this hidden gem. Everything we ordered was served fresh, which is absolutely worth the short wait. The Sushi Bento Box, Seared Salmon, and Shrimp Dumplings were all fantastic—I can honestly recommend everything we tried! You definitely need to check this place out. A special shoutout to our server, Margarita, 🎉 who was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She truly made our dining experience even better & fun!I’d even say she’s the star of the restaurant! Thank you for the wonderful food and exceptional customer service. We genuinely appreciate it and will definitely be coming back! 🤍🙈💕”

“This was our first time at Juu Ku and it most definitely will not be our last!! It is literally 10 minutes from our house and we were both saying last night, ‘Why have we not done this sooner?!’ Our server Lily was absolutely fantastic!! She explained the menu to us, guided us through the cocktail menu…so wonderful and fun! There was so much on the menu that we wanted but we restrained ourselves, knowing that we were coming back for sure! We started with the NYC Chinatown egg roll and the Furikake Japanese wings. They did not disappoint!! The egg roll was so crispy and flavourful and the wings were a tasty explosion of yumminess!! We followed this with Supreme Seafood Fried Rice and Kurabuta BBQ Pork Belly Char Siu…I will say this over and over…flavour bombs…all of it! We are total foodies and to find this quality of food, atmosphere and service this close to our house…unbelievable!!! Our beverages were the Yuzu Shironi and the Yuzu Sour and also the Sidecar…all were completely unique and delicious!! Thank you Lily for making the evening great!! We can’t wait to come back!”

“Visiting Edmonton, my local friends brought me here. Some of the best rolls I’ve ever had. The super-hiro , the pressed salmon, and the house rolls were fantastic. Great deals on a Monday night when the Oilers game was playing. Sashimi was fresh and soft. Fantastic service and great ambience.”

“I celebrated my birthday here with my family and we had such a nice experience. I made a reservation ahead of time and everything went smoothly. The food was really good, and the staff were attentive and accommodating throughout the night. The chefs at the sushi bar even greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived and said goodbye before we left, which we really appreciated. Desserts took a bit of time to come out, but that was understandable since we ordered almost everything on the menu. The ice cream was so good! The panna cotta wasn’t really our favorite, and the crème brûlée was just okay. The standout for us was definitely the beef short ribs, that’s what I’d recommend ordering. Overall, we had a great time and I’m happy we chose to celebrate here. Thank you for making my birthday dinner memorable. 🤍”

“Celebrated our anniversary at Juuku and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server Shelby was fantastic and very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations that really enhanced the night. The food was incredible and beautifully done and every dish impressed us. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming and perfect for a special occasion. Crystal the manager was extremely warm and welcoming and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We had the best time and will absolutely be back.”
