“It was super fun i was exhausted by day 3. Not to far from the shops either. We enjoyed our visit and the crowds being non existent. The Mexican food was absolutely delicious.😋 Mac and cheese was also amazing for someone not into that scene of food i was shocked it was so yummy. Ice cream parlor was so cool. Arcade was neat being near the waterpark. The waterpark was massive i went for my twins bday and i didn’t get to even really see everything because its just so big. I just loved the vibe here. The staff was rly cool celebrating cinco de mayo heritage i really respect that. I would come back again!”

“Best customer service experience ever! Upon check-in, I met the best customer service representative. Kia was so helpful. Not only did she check us in, but she also recommended that we try the breakfast buffet, informed us about the Easter egg hunt (which my kids loved), VIP parking, and must-do activities at the water park. She even followed up throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our experience. Because of all her wonderful hospitality, my mom, my kids, and I decided we wanted to stay an extra day — and Kia helped us extend our stay with ease. Kia turned a normal routine check-in into an unforgettable experience for me, my mom, and my kids. We look forward to seeing her again soon. Hopefully Kia is working during our next visit lol!”

“I just got back from a 2 night/ 3 day stay. We had a great time. We have been all the other indoor water parks and none were as great as this one. The manager Jose was so kind. He was great at explaining everything as we have never been. We had a great room close to the elevators by the pool on the 5th floor. The food at Kalahari was exceptional. We ate at The buffet, food court and B lux. We ate outside of the hotel as well and we would recommend eating inside the resort. At B lux the burger and milkshakes were a big hit with everyone. We had a party of 9. I love a breakfast buffet and the 2 different kinds of cinnamon rolls were really good. Rosemary at the front desk was great. She was extremely helpful. The housekeeping was great as well, my lady had blonde hair and her name began with a K. We will definitely be back. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was top notch. Because of that I would rather bring my money here than other places. The park is huge. They have smaller toddler areas as well as scary rides for my bigger kids. We had 3 rooms of families with children of all different ages from 3 years old to older teens. There was something for everyone. I will definitely be back, we can't wait.”

“My family recently visited Kalahari Resort and enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but I wanted to share a concern about the indoor water park. The temperature inside the park felt too cold, especially for young children. Every time the kids came out of the water, they were shivering and uncomfortable, making it difficult for them to fully enjoy the attractions. As an indoor water park that caters to families, maintaining a warmer air temperature would help children stay comfortable and safe while moving between activities. We hope management will consider adjusting the temperature to create a more enjoyable experience for younger guests.”

“Pros: Decent parking for us. Rooms were ok. Nice area for toddlers. Cons: Couple fastest rides were closed, no signs were added, so had to walk up and down. On some rides I was not allowed to use goggles. And no clear markings that I cannon use google to protect my eyes. So walking up and down again. Hot tub is actually warm tub. They could organize this place better.”
