“My families second trip. We booked the 3 bedroom suite with small kitchenette and balcony with pool view. Our experience here is always excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special, comfortable and safe. Life guards are arms length and they have strict height requirements to keep kids safe. Absolutely worth your money.”

“Took the kids here for a few days for the summer and we loved the waterpark BUT we didn't like that they shut it down so early. The parks don't open until 10am and outdoor closes at 7pm and indoor at 9pm. I don't understand why closing so early during the summer not everyone wants to play arcade games. It's summer we want to be by the pool. I loved it but will have to rethink or look at other options. Loved the clean spacious room and how they have so many life guards in place.”

“It's a good place to take the kids for some great water fun. Go early. They open at 10, it starts to get heavy in the afternoon. Guys, if you have a necklace or a watch, I strongly recommend wearing a long sleeve water shirt, so you can keep them tucked in. The guards at the chutes will make you remove them off they see them.”

“I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was especially impressed with how clean the entire facility was. It made the experience even more comfortable and welcoming. Walmart and restaurants are in proximity. The billing folio can be difficult to read. Make sure to review it before checking out. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to others.”

“It's been ok. Lots of attractions and things to do. Room is clean. The a.c. works well. Sadly our wristbands don't work at many of the readers. Also we ordered room service. It took over an hour (the place isn't that busy on a random Thursday in March) and we ordered Mountain Dew and got Pepsi. It was late. We were tired so we just said the heck with it and ate. The chicken strips were also wet with condensation since they had sat in the sealed container for a long time. Hopefully today will be better.”
