Sorry if your mouth is watering after reading this. 😊 Chef Holland’s culinary talent shines through in every dish, from his incredibly fresh ingredients to his signature homemade hot sauces, which take the tacos from excellent to extraordinary. Kantina also stands out for its thoughtful and extensive gluten-free and vegan offerings, ensuring there is something exceptional for every guest. The beverage program is equally impressive, featuring expertly crafted signature cocktails and a carefully curated wine list that evolves with the seasons. Whether you're enjoying dinner in the beautifully designed dining room or relaxing on the charming patio in the picturesque village of Sparkill, New York, the experience is second to none. What truly sets Kantina apart is the combination of remarkable food, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, creating the kind of dining experience that keeps people coming back. They have an amazing happy hour and taco Tuesdays. And now…..Chef Holland is booking private intimate, events at your home or at Kantina, which is amazing. “One of my favorite restaurants; it always hits. Food 10/10, service 10/10, ambience and atmosphere 10/10 as well. Hibachi chicken tako & Mongolian beef tako are my favs. Also new cauliflower board is SO GOOD.”

“Walked in sat 6pm with no reservation, restaurant full, was able to sit on patio- lovely, heaters, birds chirping. We had the kale rice- a MUST, it’s “shareable” but I could eat the whole thing. Drinks are delicious, anything with a ginger foam (even virgins) get it, it’s yum (thank u Michael). Had surf and turf, tuna- so fresh and yummy, ordered MORE cuz they were so good- hot chicken and salmon- all delicious. I am not a kimchi fan, but in the tacos, perfection. The chicken wings were ok (def crunchy, I just prefer more flavor in meat) but again, u can’t go wrong with anything. Staff were all lovely, Timothy wished us a happy anniversary, super thoughtful and I will definitely be back.”

“Kantina is a must visit!! The tacos are absolutely top tier! Bold flavors, perfectly cooked, and you can tell everything is made with love and care. Sunday “all you can eat tacos” is the real deal too (lets just say i set the record for most tacos eaten!🤤😅). They don’t skimp, they don’t rush you, and they make sure you leave completely satisfied! Beyond the food, the hospitality really stands out. The staff is warm and attentive, and the owner makes you feel genuinely welcome. They’re incredibly accommodating and create such a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, it truly feels like you’re hanging out at a friend’s place. Amazing tacos, awesome people, and a great overall experience. I’ll 100% be back!”

“The place is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. They used to have an all-you-can-eat taco option, but sadly we found out on our last visit that it is no longer available. We still had dinner here anyway, but we were surprised by the prices compared to the size of the tacos. I understand removing the all-you-can-eat option, but they should at least make the tacos bigger (not keep the same size as before) or serve 2-3 tacos for that price. It ended up being quite expensive, which was a little frustrating.”
