“I had an amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The service and hospitality were outstanding — everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The place has a great atmosphere, the music was perfect, and it made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant 100%, and I will definitely be coming back for dinner again!”

“An incredible delight for the senses! Such a beautiful venue. My good friend took me here for my birthday lunch, and we had the best time. The staff were all so wonderful, it was such a fun atmosphere. The experience was totally a creative delight -- every detail was so beautiful and the food was spectacular! The Kahlo & Rivera guacamole is the best guac I've ever had in my life. They add a subtle drizzle of black garlic paste and mango, and serve it with hand-made chips. The presentation was so beautiful and the flavor was literally amazing. It awakened my senses! We shared that and the tuna tostada appetizer, and an entree. It was such a fun place to go with a friend. And I love the long table the menu - would be great for a large dinner for a birthday or a company function - for big groups they offer family style serving. I can't wait to go back! Also my friend got the horchata latte and it looked delish! Definitely getting that next time! :)”

“This restaurant is a bit small, but gorgeous. Its truly a hidden gem in downtown. We went there for brunch on Easter and it was a wonderful treat. They had live Mariachi and the food and drinks were phenomenal. The staff was very attentive. We went as a family and the children enjoyed it. We cant wait to go again”

“Stumbled upon Kahlo when heading from The Highline to the Statue of Liberty ferry. We immediately decided after looking at the menu that we’d return after our ferry ride. We didn’t have reservations but they were able to squeeze us in. The cocktails, food, atmosphere and service were all top notch. I’m a huge fan of Frida Kahlo and I felt this spot paid homage to her in such a beautiful and sophisticated way.”
