Your 90-minute experience begins in our Hospitality Room, where you’ll smell and taste the various aromas prevalent in our wine varietals, how various terroirs and winemaking practices affect them, and in which grape varietals they present themselves. A unique way to experience the fascinating nuances of California’s coolest climate wine region.Reservations require a $35 non-refundable deposit + $35 per person charged at time of visit. Reservations are complimentary for club members with up to three guests, with reservation deposits refunded upon arrival. Step into the heart of summer and join Amélie, owner of Pico Blooms, for a hands-on floral design experience celebrating the beauty of dahlias in full bloom. During this immersive workshop held at La Lomita Ranch, you’ll work with dahlias at their peak—playing with their rich colors, sculptural forms, and natural movement. Amélie will guide you step-by-step through the art of garden-inspired arranging, sharing her expert tips on selecting, conditioning, and designing with intention. This two-hour experience includes:

Enjoy oysters harvested from Morro Bay that very morning, served freshly shucked on the half shell or grilled over the barbecue, alongside Santa Maria-style tri-tip sliders prepared by the grill masters from SLO Farm Bureau.
