The customer service was exceptional — the staff went out of their way to make the night special. We had bottle service, a neon birthday sign, and the cutest light‑up plastic cake on wheels. It was such a fun and memorable touch. The song selections were fantastic with a huge variety to choose from, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday celebration. Bright, energetic, and full of good vibes. And the SANGRIA 🍹 is DELISH!😋 Highly recommend Live K Karaoke for birthdays, group outings, or anyone looking for a fun night out with great service.”

“We had a karaoke room for 3 married couples for a date night and it was perfect! Our server was attentive and the food & drinks came in record time. Used YouTube for the majority of our songs. We had a fantastic time!!”
“The vibes were incredible, the lights and music were on point, and the crowd was so much fun. Great sound system, tons of songs, and awesome drinks. Staff was friendly and kept everything running smoothly even though it was packed. Such a fun place to ring in the New Year — would definitely come back!”
“The aesthetic of this place is amazing and definitely sets the vibe from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere in the main area was fun, energetic, and very cultural. Even people who didn’t know all the songs or words were still joining in and having a great time, which made the experience feel welcoming and entertaining for everyone. One thing I will say is if you plan on drinking heavily, be prepared to walk down a full flight of stairs because the venue only allows the elevator to be used for guests with disabilities. So definitely drink responsibly because those stairs are no joke by the end of the night. The food was decent overall. I ordered the crab cheese wontons and they were really good. I was honestly so hungry I forgot to take food pictures before eating. The shrimp skewers were also delicious and full of flavor. The mozzarella sticks could’ve been much better if they had arrived hot instead of cold. The drinks, however, were great and definitely helped keep the energy going throughout the night. One downside was the YouTube connection in the private rooms. It barely worked at times, and that kind of disrupted the full karaoke experience since song selection and timing matter in that type of setting. Joy, one of the servers, was absolutely amazing. Her energy matched the atmosphere perfectly, and she really helped make the experience enjoyable. Our main server seemed overwhelmed and a little checked out, but Joy definitely stood out with her attitude and customer service. I also want to give credit to the security staff because they did an excellent job managing the microphones and keeping an eye on everything to make sure the environment stayed safe and fun. Overall, despite a few issues, the vibe and atmosphere made this a memorable experience and I’d still come back for another night out.”
