“My daughter has been wanting to have a tea party and we lucked up to find this jewel in McDonough. We traveled from Fayetteville and it was worth the trip. The tea set and set up that greet you at the door really set the scene. My daughter was so excited to try everything. We tried the Caribbean Queen tea and my daughter had at least 5 cups! The assortment of delectable sandwiches and pastries along with the imported clotted cream were delicious. The icing was our interaction with the owner where we learned the history and the “why” for Magnolia Team Room and I realized she was a fellow Hoosier! What are the odds. “There is so much to be said about our experience here at Magnolia Tea Room😌. The owner is enough to keep us coming back for family traditions. She is an amazing person with a beautiful personality and an obvious love for Magnolia Tea Room❤️. From the moment we walked in I knew this was a well choose decision. I wanted to celebrate my best friend and boy did I get to! We were even encouraged by the owner herself to celebrate each other in the fullness! And we did just that! 😊 The tea was amazing and kept hot the whole experience. Very flavorful. The dessert and finger sandwich tower were beautifully and thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious! We ate every single thing on the tower lol! The scones are made to perfection and everything was fresh! The server was a charm and very attentive. We will most definitely without doubt be back!
