βThis is a Michelin Star restaurant if anywhere else located. Beautiful presentation of elevated Spanish and Puerto Rican dishes. Great menu. Excellent wine list. Really great dinning experience. Perfect service.β
βGreat flavors and service as usual. I donβt remember being offered a blanket last time I came, but what a nice surprise if the AC is too cold. White bean soup still great. Beef tartar not the same as I remembered, too much truffle. Saffron linguini amazing. Donβt sleep on the vegan pasteles they are π£.β
βlet me begin by saying i had the absolute pleasure of having NAOMI as my server, and she made my night very special. boy does she know her stuff! she gave me amazing recommendations and knew everything about every single wine that came in my wine pairing. she even threw in a few fun & interesting facts! as for the restaurant itself, there is no a la carte optikn, just a 5 course meal, but you are able to choose which dish you want for each course... with the exception of the navy bean soup which automatically comes as your 2nd course, but rightfully so! π€€π€€ a creamy navy bean texture with pork flavors and truffle sprinkled on top makes a fantastic soup! another standout dish for me was my 3rd plate: rabbit with kale pasta and mushrooms. the flavor that bursts out from a bite of the mushroom complements the rabbit perfectly and the al dente texture of the kale pasta really rounds out the dish. i highly recommend the wine pairing, especially for this dish, as it comes with a gamay that really pairs well with the rabbit flavor. the highlight of the night was the chocolate cake i ordered for dessert. i am biased because i have a big sweet tooth, but it may have been the most amazing dessert ive ever had in my life. overall, a 5 star experience that i will be bringing everyone back to again and again.β
βMy boyfriend and I are dedicated foodies from Chicago and this is one of the best experiences weβve had. All the dishes have such clean, complex flavors with diverse textures that really accentuates the main ingredients. π€― The ceviche is so bright, creamy and citrusy! ππ It definitely awakened by palate and got me excited for the next dishes! The seafood linguine is to die for!!! π¦ π± It is so delicate yet rich at the same time and tastes like the pearl of the sea π without hiding the crab. The white bean soup is extremely rich with aromatic truffles, like an ultimate version of chowder π€π» π£ . The sea bass has a nice coconut and lemongrass flavor with pops of acidic pineapples π, but I thought it ran a little too sweet and can be balanced out by more salt β still a great dish though. My course ended with the most heavenly chocolate dish π«π«π«. The dessert includes 8 different textures and flavors of local chocolates, and it is the most chocolatey dessert Iβve ever had in my life! There are crunchy textures, nice acidity from cherries, smooth ganache, a rich dark chocolate bitterness, and a crunchy top shell. Each dish has so much depth and the plating is beautiful! π€© We have no trouble finishing it all. After leaving the restaurant, I felt despair because I may never find food as good as here. I even drew the dishes to relive them. We will definitely visit this place again. Itβs is pricey but worth the money!! Service is amazing of course!β
βWe had an experience to have dinner here, all 5 course meal. Everyone enjoyed their food and service was excellent. Probably not suitable for vegetarians. Initial courses were quite salty but hotel staff including assistant manager were very accommodating and they actually came up with dish completely off menu and served and was very good. I left happy from there being vegetarian. Overall had great experience, had great deserts.β
