Miel Restaurant offers a seasonally driven menu derived from locally procured ingredients. Housed in the Old Johnson's Meat Market Miel carry's on the tradition of owner/chef operated serving Nashvillians and visitors who enjoy the classically influenced menu. Miel's patio courtyard is charming and dining room is subdued. The BARN, Miel's private building on the property hosts seated events and cocktail style parties up to 40 guests. Currently Miel is serving guests in their open air dining room. Reservation are limited!

“We just enjoyed a fabulous anniversary dinner! Sorry to say that we hadn’t been here in over a decade, but it is still a wonderful place to dine. Knowledgeable somelier and attentive staff. We enjoyed salmon, short ribs, and duck confit. Don’t skip the sourdough bread and house made fermented butter. We were spooning up the leftovers. We ate inside, but there is also a lovely patio area.”

“We don't regularly review restaurants, but this was so incredible that we feel the need to. Small, intimate location. So much thought and care was put into every detail and every facet of the business. And it truly was so much more than a meal; it was an experience. Food and wine were both distinctive and delicious. Service was personal without hovering. Even the 2nd parking lot shared with the business next door. We lucked into finding this place, but would recommend that this become a destination restaurant for anyone in or traveling to the Nashville area.”
