“Rosie’s is one of my favorite restaurants in the area and a place I find myself recommending often. What sets it apart for me is the food. The menu offers unique dishes that you don’t find everywhere, and everything I’ve tried has been consistently delicious. My personal favorites are the blueberry lasagna, grilled octopus, and the charcuterie selections. The cocktails are equally impressive and pair perfectly with the menu. Whether you’re stopping in for a drink at the bar or a full meal, it’s a great experience. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between relaxed and elevated. While it’s located in a shopping center and isn’t overly formal, it’s one of the few places where you can dress up for a date night and still feel completely at home. If you’re looking for creative dishes, great cocktails, and a comfortable atmosphere that feels a little more special than the average night out, Rosie’s is definitely worth a visit.”
“Hands down my most favorite restaurant ever. Truly. If you want an exceptionally crafted meal that leaves you absolutely sated and nourished this is the place for you. I cannot express how impressed I have been at every visit with the level of care to detail and presentation. The food is beautifully plated and unbelievably tasty. And it’s excellent good for your soul and health food. No shortcuts. No garbage fillers. None of that enriched flour horrible for your gut pastas. This is real food. And the prices are unbelievably low for the quality - don’t tell them! This place is a great deal if you love to eat out but are watching your wallet and your waistline. I cannot believe how lucky we got that they decided to open in Hendersonville! Thank you thank you! Can’t wait to go back!”
“.Rosie is an unassuming little wine bar that completely surprised us. The vibe is relaxed (I personally lean toward a more sultry wine-bar ambiance), but the food is anything but casual. We started with the meatballs — phenomenal, with fresh, vibrant tomato sauce and perfectly crisp crostinis. The goat blue cheese and dry-aged chorizo from the charcuterie selection were standouts. The spicy rigatoni was delicious, but the broccoli Caesar stole the show — cooked broccoli with sprouts, fresh Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Unexpected and incredible. And the octopus? Possibly the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly braised, finished with a smoky crisp, served over smoky mashed potatoes. My only critique: we were hoping for a happy hour and there wasn’t one available. That would elevate the experience even more. They also have a calendar of special events we’re excited to attend. We’ll absolutely be back.”
“Homemade fresh made daily with a rotating menu. Apps, salads, entrees and desserts. I ate the gnocchi and took home the spicy bolongnes. There are a nice variety of craft cocktails and don't sleep on any of the salads. A friend and I split the chocolate mousse with a tart on the top which was excellent.Pasta comes in a small and larger portion. The small portion isn't enough to fill a person up if you're very hungry but will leave you satisfied. The blueberry lasagna looked unique and both the people who ordered it said it was delicious. The restaurant has a cozy feeling, wallpaper, tea lights and ample sized parking lot. Warning it can get loud in there which is my only complaint. The place gets very busy so it's best to get a reservation!”
“Really nice local place, perfect for a date night. I had a Dune cocktail which was a great holiday flavor and the ricotta gnocchi pasta. I didnt expect it to be spicy but the sauce was very thin and definitely had a little kick to it. My daughter had a wine flight and the spaghetti bolognese. The dishes were delicious but on the smaller side for an entree and had pretty small amounts of the meat in them. I definitely would recommend ordering an appetizer first if you’re really hungry. Definitely get a reservation!”
