“When I say this was worth every penny I mean it! The chefs and the food cannot be beat! I ate things I never in my life have eaten and I did not think I would enjoy and every single bite was better than the next. Watching the chefs carefully prepare every single dish in front of you with grace and swiftness was amazing too. No detail was left out every single dish was plated carefully and thought through. The chefs laughed and spoke to us a couple of times but did not let it take away from their tasks at hand. I truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you all for a wonderful anniversary experience!”

“20 out of 10 cannot recommend The Catbird Seat enough! Every dish was a full mouth experience! The service was impeccable, every dish was carefully curated and the overall vibes were immaculate. For the price tag and a Michelin star to boast you might have a hoity-toity expectation but it is a very casual environment and felt almost like you were just hanging out at your chef friends. From the moment you walk in every staff member was so personable, you can tell they want everyone’s experience to be special and it truly puts the experience over the top. We loved getting to chat with Chef Tiffani and Chef Andy and loved seeing them bring their craft to life in real time. Personal favorite dishes (though its hard to choose) was the razor clam aguachile, parsnip omelette, chermoula bun with the cured egg and kaluga and of course the pecan pavlova with kumquat marmalade. We have already recommended The Catbird Seat to everyone we know and can’t wait for our next visit.”

“Flawless execution. The service was top notch. There were some dishes that were heavenly and some that were just good. I know the menu changes often so it could be hit or miss but I’d imagine it’s a hit for most nights. The atmosphere felt a little sterile but very elegant. It’s definitely a top date spot if you’re okay with spending a few bucks.”

“A full service, prix fixe at the bar dining experience nearly worthy of Michelin mention. Every course was innovative, full of flavors and textures. There is a full bar and extensive wine list. The only negative was a positive; keeping the food prep area clean is essential, but spraying the counter near open ingredient containers leads to contamination.”
