“Great first time experience. We were walking around the downtown area and noticed this new Italian restaurant and went inside and talked to the young guy at the entrance and he filled us in on the family history which sounded great. We left and finished our walk then came back to eat. The service and food was great. We met two couples and enjoyed our talks with them. We will be back soon to eat some more great food.”

“From the moment I opened the door, I knew I was going to love it. The happy atmosphere draws you right in. The clean, white tablecloths set the stage letting you know this is going to be a special night. The friendly, smiling staff make you feel right at home. My Chicken Parm was so delicious and enough for two meals. This place is brand new and they are doing an outstanding job of serving up great food in a beautiful setting with a superb staff. I can't wait to go back!”

“I had higher expectations for this experience. Service was disappointing throughout the visit. Servers repeatedly passed our table without checking in, and the bartender was inattentive. Guests who were seated after us were helped before we were. We made it clear that we wanted to order food and had questions about the menu, but no one came to take our order. After waiting far too long, we decided to leave. We did order a bottle of wine and the mozzarella appetizer while trying to get someone’s attention. Both were decent, but unfortunately they did not make up for the poor service and lack of attentiveness.”

“The atmosphere here is very nice, I liked that it felt homey and upscale at the same time. Service was just okay, nothing to write home about, but I think this can be remedied by more training and experience. I had the old school Sunday gravy and papperdalle. The sauce was great, but could have used a bit more meat, given that it is a meat sauce. Otherwise, excellent flavor, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The chicken piccatta was... Just not chicken piccatta. We expected a zesty lemon/wine sauce and got more of a white gravy/caper sauce. The piece of chicken itself was large, so if portions are your thing, great. But the breading on the chicken was just as thick as the chicken itself, which made it chewy, the flavor of the breading was good, but again, definitely not lemon or wine flavor at all. I think it was more chicken fried steak than anything else. We will come again and see how things are in a few weeks, but initial experience was less than we expected.”
