Continuing the long tradition of handcrafted wine, each cluster of grapes is carefully selected and transported in small baskets. The harvest is then gently pressed using only the first, most pure, pressing to go into our sparkling wines. To ensure character in the style of méthode traditionelle, every bottle is fermented separately. And, equally important, our grapes are still sourced entirely from Napa Valley.

From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of sophisticated luxury and welcoming warmth. We did an outdoor tasting on the patio, and sitting there with a flight of perfectly chilled, crisp bubbles while looking out over the sunlit vineyards was the highlight of our trip. The service was top-tier—knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate without being pretentious. Beyond the fantastic wine, make sure to take a stroll through their fine art photography gallery; it adds such a unique, cultured touch to the entire experience. Truly a 10/10 afternoon. We will absolutely be back!”
“Sara was PHENOMENAL. Best experience we’ve had in Napa and quite frankly it isn’t close. Exceptional sparkling wine tasting but if you want to elevate your experience you need to add the cheese plate. Four cheeses, all locally sourced, and they’re all accessible. Can’t say enough about our experience. Will come back again and again and again and can only hope Sara is the person we get to interact with.”
“Took my babysitter to Mumm. We sat outside, luckily the weather wasn’t cloudy. The experience was great, we did the Mumm tasting with a cheese plate. Sara, was very friendly, informative and charming. Made the experience worthwhile. Definitely going to repeat the experience.”

“Beautiful spot, great bubbles and a great staff. We went on Black Friday and they had some good specials on bottles. Definitely a little cold this time of year to sit outside but they had heaters out there so that helped. We made reservations beforehand but there was no wait anyway when we got there. I’d still suggest making reservations depending on the time of year. Oh, last thing - there’s snacks like nuts and dried fruit and chocolate but nothing beyond that.”
