This is a reservation to visit and enjoy wine tasting and/or lunch. We offer seated tastings in a flight format, wine by the glass and by the bottle. Tasting flights are $40 each (waived with a 2 bottle purchase) and complimentary for Club Members. Our lunch menu changes seasonally and is available with each reservation.

Enjoy a private, behind-the-scenes look at our solar-powered, gravity-fed winery. Hop in our off-road vehicle and journey through the vineyard. You’ll be guided through our winery and end your tour with a barrel sample in the cellar. Upon return to the tasting room, you’ll enjoy a tasting flight and the option to order lunch if you’d like. Tours are offered daily and are limited to groups of four people. $150pp, complimentary once a year for Wine Club Members (use the email associated with your account to unlock savings).

Wine club members and their guests are invited to join us for a spectacular evening celebrating the beauty of the vineyard in the summertime. This will be an intimate, al fresco dining experience hosted at Jespersen Ranch, our vineyard in the Edna Valley outside of San Luis Obispo.Guests will arrive at the vineyard and begin the evening with canapés, wine and sweeping views of the Edna Valley. We’ll wander into the vineyard for a family-style dinner served at a long, inviting table with live music and surprise entertainment. Winemaker Molly Bohlman will pour special, extremely limited wines from our library collection that showcase the graceful, ageworthy wines that Jespersen Ranch produces. Executive Chef Mario Alberto will craft a menu designed to match these nuanced, elegant bottles and we’ll end the evening with a sunset toast as the stars emerge over the Pinot Noir vines.The fine print: this is a Wine Club Member exclusive event. Tickets are $225 and include food, wine and tip. This evening will be held outdoors in a vineyard setting so don your sturdy shoes and bring a warm jacket - we’re heading straight into the vines. Wine Club Members are invited to celebrate a rare milestone in the history of an estate winery: the unveiling of a new vineyard. This rugged, high-elevation site is perched on the eastern edge of the prestigious York Mountain AVA. Framed by oak forests and native wildflower fields, the property offers sweeping views of the Westside vineyards of Paso Robles. We are beyond excited to see the power and grace that will emerge from future vintages.We planted our first vines in Spring of 2026 and this will be the first time we’ve invited guests to the estate. The night will celebrate the start of a new vineyard with an homage to the ‘wild west’ spirit that Paso Robles was founded on: think live-fire grilling, wide-open skies, and a curated selection of our most influential estate wines. This will be an untamed wine adventure for those who prefer to pair elegant wines with rustic flair.The fine print: this is a Wine Club Member exclusive event. The evening will be held outdoors in a vineyard setting with shuttles from our tasting room to the mountainside. You will be able to select your departure time when purchasing tickets. So join us for an evening that celebrates both with a dinner designed to highlight the vibrant community of producers who make the ultimate pairing possible.Executive Chef Mario Alberto will work with some of our favorite local farms to source hyper seasonal ingredients for this dinner, paired expertly with some of our best wines.
