Escape to our remarkable hidden woodland nestled amongst the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire and enjoy a foraged feast cooked on an open flame inspired by the seasonal wild ingredients that grow abundantly around us. ​ Enjoy a delicious Botanist welcome cocktail meticulously crafted by our resident mixologist using local botanicals. Gather ingredients alongside our resident forager during a guided tour of the estate and watch as these are smoked over an open fire using birch, beech, pine, oak & juniper harvested from the trees around our wild kitchen. Both the exact location of the dinner and the menu are kept a secret. Our menu changes each month based on the available produce we have growing on-site.
