“My gf and I ordered the zuuca chips (zucchini) and calamari as appetizers. She ordered the rigatoni as her entree and I got the squid ink. The service was very fast and more than that they helped each other across the floor. The music was good and the atmosphere was perfect. If you need a date night location or just some good food with vibes look no further.”

“3 of us had an excellent dinner at North Italia! We lived in Austin for 3 years and can’t believe that this was our first time eating here. I have celiac disease and had a great, customized gluten free pasta dish. The service was excellent, the outdoor seating had a great atmosphere, and all our food was incredible.”

“My husband and I went to North Italia for a date night. We were seated promptly the hostess was very polite. I used to frequent north and saw the waiter Dylan that had waited on me During my past visits so quickly requested him. He took care of us promptly remembering that I liked the iced tea there! My husband had never been and he went over the specials with us and sold us on the new pizza with the Franklin’s barbecue added. He also recommended the tomato soup of the day which was fantastic. I ordered my secret menu item, The wild shrimp scampi put into a pasta! The service and the food was perfect. We would’ve gotten dessert, but I had to make it to our movie. I always request Dylan as my server and always will. Our only complaint was it might have been somewhat stressful. They had to move They said us so they can make room for a table at 20 which we had no qualms with, but I’m not sure if she was the manager or another server the woman giving direction did not seem very pleasant or friendly, talked about us right in front of us about getting us moved, but didn’t smile or even address our presence. However, Dylan remained positive and upbeat and that is Why I continue to eat there.”

“Exceptional service, delicious food, and a beautiful atmosphere! North Italia was amazing from start to finish. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive — truly exceptional. We enjoyed the Hot Honey Smokes Prosciutto pizza, Little Gem Caesar salad, chopped chicken salad, burrata di stagioni, and the grilled bread with great olive oil. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The prosciutto pizza and burrata were outstanding! And I have to mention the Sweater Weather cocktail — OMG! Spicy, hot, and absolutely perfect for a chilly day. A must-have drink if you visit during the winter season! The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the location is beautiful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend North Italia for anyone looking for superb food, great cocktails, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning!”

“The service was wonderful. The zucchini chips were out of this world delicious. However, I was not a fan of the braised short rib pasta, especially at a price tag of over $20. If you are sensitive to salt, it may be too much for you. Not much of the rib meat. It was shredded, but I am not even sure if the shreds equalled one rib. I couldn't really taste it, either. My friend had the beet salad and loved it. Overall, there are some great dishes and not so great dishes, but for the price, I was expecting better.”
