“I was so lucky to have Robin as my server. I travel to Austin often and came here based off of a friends recommendation. Everything that I was going to order in my mind, I ended up not ordering and just going with Robin’s recommendations. Thank God I did that because every dish that I ate was absolutely delicious. She’s single-handedly changed my dining experience and made it amazing. Not only is the food made from scratch and sourced from local farms, the ambience is perfect for an intimate dinner. The focaccia with ricotta and the bucatini literally had me scraping my plate. $50 and I had 3 courses, amazing for the quality of food you’re getting. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Would recommend making a reservation before you come. Parking is slightly difficult to find since it’s a very tiny parking lot. As for the food, the vegetarian pastas were amazing. Our server was very sweet and marked all the vegetarian options on the menu for us. We got the Potato pasta and the one with corn and oh my both were amazing. The flavors were so unique and so good for a pasta. The pizza however was a little underwhelming. We got the arrabbiata and the zucchini one and both were lacking in flavor. They brought us some of their artisanal chocolates that they make in house to try and it was delicious. It was a dark chocolate with salt and it was one of the best pieces of chocolate I have ever tried. Then for dessert we had the gooey cake with cinnamon gelato and I have to say it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The warm meringue and the cinnamon gelato go perfectly with the gooey cake. Ambiance was very classy and is perfect for a date night or a birthday dinner.”

“Honestly, one of my favorite restaurants. The food is really good and the service is wonderful. It also has a really good ambience. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice Italian dinner. They are also great for celebrating occasions. They make a special experience out of it. Also, the truffles were really nice and I think it’s great that they make their own.”

“If I could describe this dining experience in a few words, I would say intimate, authentic and moody. Intero provides a feeling of fine dining where you can still be comfortable and I loved it! All the food tasted fresh and was plated very nicely. The pizza was a little charred at the bottom but that’s to be expected with a Dutch oven. Don’t come here if you’re looking to leave quickly because everything is handmade and hand prepared, sit back and enjoy.”

“The service and decor is excellent. It’s a really small place. Even though there were barely any tables seated the host staff manager asked for my phone number twice to get put in a waiting list. Two minutes later was seated. I expecting it to be filled up with all these reservations they were needing my contact information to be on a waitlist for. Nope it was still empty an hour later. If I’m put some text marketing, I am going to drop my review to one star! The squash jalapeño pizza had zero flavor. Not sure who came up with such a bland combo but never before now did I think you could ever screw up a pizza. It was “fresh” which is their farm to table concept. The beef carpaccio was just OK. Perhaps there are better things to try. But not sure I’ll be back. The price point is at a level you must love the place.”
