“Wow. Breathtaking views in Napa surpassed only by what is quite possibly the best wine I have ever had. Everything about this experience is next level and we were even hosted by the winemaker, Austin, who has apparently been making wine at OVID for over 20 years (!!!), and it shows! The wine is powerful yet incredibly precise, with depth, structure, and a finish that goes on and on. Unlike most Napa Cabernet, it's ready to drink now and yet so clearly has incredible cellaring potential. A hidden gem and a truly magical experience. Bravo.”

“Can I somehow give this 6 stars? OVID was definitely a super premium experience on top of Prichard Hill along a very long & windy private road. But, it's worth the effort to get here. Entering OVID is like walking into a James Bond villain's lair, super modern but somehow rustic and warm. There's a literary theme as the owners both had backgrounds in research and libraries. The view was spectacular and I could have stayed there for hours on the patio watching the fog burn off and the valley become clear. In fact, we did some of that with some delicious wines. The wines at OVID are expensive but worth it. I won't go into a deep tasting review, there are better sources than me. But, for an experience in Napa, this one is hard to beat. Go!”

“Late response. Visited this place on 2018. Situated on a private area on Pritchard Hill of Napa Valley. Need an appointment to get in. I came here to get my allocation and was greeted very warmly. The host toured me on their main cellar and invited me on their current release of their vintage to taste, which was superb. The view of the valley was spectacular. The architecture seems homely and modern. Love it. I was treated as a VIP customer and felt welcomed to their estate. A memorable moment. I have been a loyal wine enthusiast of their wines. I will visit their estate again when the opportunity rises.”
