Nestled just off the beaten path near the Sonoma Plaza, the winery’s Sonoma House offers an elegant yet relaxed setting — a beautiful blend of contemporary design, natural light, and vineyard views that immediately set the tone for an intimate tasting experience. The hospitality team was exceptional from the start: warm, engaging, and deeply knowledgeable about the wines and their vineyard partners. Our tasting was hosted on the patio overlooking the gardens — a serene, sunlit spot that perfectly matched the graceful character of their Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.”

“Had the best time celebrating my birthday at Patz & Hall! We paid for the $40 package and it was the perfect amount of wine for us. The complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival was also so nice. Our server Veronica was very knowledgeable and super nice as well!”

“We reserved a vertical tasting which was slightly higher priced, but it didn't disappoint! Our wine guide walked us though the different vintages explaining the nuances of the weather and harvest locations to the tastes. We even had some "mystery" tastings to encourage our knowledge at the end.”

“Top notch hospitality experience! From the time of confirming the reservation to the time we arrived, I was already sold. Once we stepped foot inside the staff was super welcoming and the tasting experience was tailored to our individual tastes, which made it so much better. The winery is just the right size which allows for an intimate tasting experience, but also lends itself to cater to larger groups (COVID permitting) to enjoy an afternoon. It is a converted estate, that was almost tailor made to entertain. They have a variety of Chardonnay, Pinots, Sparkling, and Rose. So it should not be hard for everyone in the group to find something that they like in the lineup. If you are concerned about prices for the wines, they are in line with similar wineries of this caliber in the area. We will definitely have to make this site a regular stop of ours on our north bay excursions, and recommend you do the same.”
