“My new favorite restaurant in El Paso! Pearl Divers was awesome! My boyfriend and I got seats at the bar on a Saturday night, the bartender was busy but so kind and made time for a great conversation. Drinks, oysters and deviled eggs were 💯 and my favorite dish was the fried olives! We will definitely be back when in El Paso.”

Service was attentive, friendly and consistent throughout the meal. The seafood tasted unbelievably fresh, especially the Mediterranean Crudo. Easily one of the best dishes we ordered. Everything came out beautifully prepared and full of flavor. This place is a gem in El Paso for anyone who loves high-quality seafood and great service.”

“I’ve wanted to come here for a few months and today I finally did. The plan was to get a few happy hour options but it was so good I ended up venturing into more. First, I had their signature martini with gin. This martini was fantastic, nice and dirty with blue cheese stuffed olives. Next I had a delicious wedge salad with tons of blue cheese, tomato and bacon. After that I had their happy hour oysters which were from British Columbia and by far the best oysters I have had since moving to El Paso. Finally I had another happy hour dish that consisted of prosciutto, I believe sardines and green olives, once again outstanding. The plan was to stop there but the deviled eggs and shrimp cocktail called my name, and I obliged. Everything was outstanding! But seriously the best part was the service. From the bartender, to the chef, to the owner, I had 4 people check on me just to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my meal. El Paso usually isn’t the best place for service and especially not the best place for seafood. Pearl Divers Oyster Bar changes that narrative. It is the kind of place you might see in Portland, Seattle or San Francisco, absolutely amazing. THE best restaurant experience I’ve had in El Paso and it’s not even close. 👏”

“This is my second time in El Paso for work, and once again the food scene has me questioning everything I thought I knew. This place is divine. The oysters, the seafood, the tuna carpaccio FRESH. The tuna was seasoned perfectly, not doing too much, just effortlessly good with a surprisingly hint of heat. The dirty pearl martini though! Absolutely warmed my NYC heart. Prices were reasonable, service was A1, and my expectations were fully exceeded. I’ll definitely be back probably sooner than planned.”

“It's nice to have something different in El Paso. Parking was a hassle. Enjoyed happy hour, we were able to try a variety of items. Oysters were fresh and tasty. The variety of Oysters and knowledge from our server was phenomenal! Definitely going back!”
