“We had an excellent meal. The dishes were very elegant and yummy. The service was wow; for example, they printed a menu in Vietnamese just for us when knowing that we are Vietnamese. And when our glass of water accidentally fell and some water drops fell on one menu sheet; it was then replaced immediately. The staff were really attentive and helpful.”

Very impressed by the consistent use of homegrown produce from Ontario and some ingredients that were plucked straight from the farm beside the restaurant hours prior to service. The visual and technical creativity of some of the courses were also impressive. Impeccable service from a cohesive team of wait staff. Just wish we had a chance to do the farm tour. Too bad it was too early in the season for the tour. Will have to come back later in the summer!”

The service followed the same philosophy: calm, polished, and deeply knowledgeable without ever feeling overly formal. It allowed the meal to unfold at its own pace. Pearl Morissette is not a restaurant that tries to impress loudly. Its strength lies in subtlety, discipline, and a clear culinary identity. It is the kind of meal that stays with you quietly long after it ends.”

“Pearl Morissette was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. This was our second visit and the team remembered us from last time, which was such a nice touch. The food is thoughtful, refined, and incredibly well executed. Both the wine and garden pairings really elevated the experience and made every course feel even more connected to the local ingredients. Service was amazing throughout, and they even brought out a candle for my wife’s birthday. Absolutely worth the title of #1 restaurant in Canada. Can't wait to visit again!”

“We happened to get into Pearl Morissette very last minute after trying to make reservations for over a year. It is not exaggerating when I say this was a phenomenal spectacular experience. The staff and unbelievably talented chefs have mastered the art of unpretentious service but top tier food. This is a tasting menu for the very discerning palate and SO worth the expense. It’s an investment in an experience to say the least. The service, (I’m looking at you, Stephanie, Thomas and Jenna) blew my mind. They were all approachable, and kind and funny and so knowledgeable about the food and the wine. They are attentive without being annoying and friendly without being over familiar. Very very few dining experiences come close to reaching this level of deliciousness and expertise. Do yourself a favour and go here. Stand out dishes - scallop, halibut and the carrot. All the dishes were mouth watering, but these stood out for me.”
