“I've been wanting to try this place for years and finally got the chance today. I ordered the porchetta sandwich. Instead of the succulent, juicy slices of slow-roasted pork I was expecting, PQM's version is more crispy, pan-fried like bacon. It's tasty in its own way, but it's quite oily — especially with the melted aioli. Overall, it's different from traditional porchetta, but not bad.”
