“Mikela was amazing! This was my first time at this winery and she made it very memorable. She was very thorough when explaining the different wines. My absolute favorite was the Dulce Blanc.☺️”
“My experience was a 1000/10. It’s very beautiful and aesthetically appealing. Music was great! Nick was great. Great experience overall! I Will be coming back !”
“Initially couldn't find validated parking offered. Spent 20 minutes before settling on the nearby garage. Pur Noire was amazing experience! Great to hear also that it is Black Owned. Our server, Basia, was great. 3 people in my party reserved for a Grand Tasting. Basia explained the wines, taught the 5 S's for Tasting Wine. Basia was an exceptional server, which i later learned, was her 1st day. All Grand Tasting wines were delicious. Erion Sauvignon Blanc: zesty with subtle sweetness of apple Doux Flè Blanc: floral and honeysuckle sweet Dorée: pinapple, buttery, oak flavored Anbrasé: jammy dark berries fruits, mocha, figs Erion Merlot: plum, chocolate, black cherry Pur Epiphany: jammy, oak, vanilla, spicy Noire Night Cap: sweet cherry, brandy, oak, vanilla, port style wine”
“I visited Pur Noire with my mom and friend for the Brunch Bites Flight. The decor was beautiful and elegant, the staff was very friendly, and the food and wine pairings were delicious. My only disappointment was that the experience didn’t feel very educational, even though the confirmation email described it as an “educational wine experience.” The food and wine were brought out, but there was little explanation about the wines or pairings unless we specifically asked questions. Once we did ask, the staff was knowledgeable and happy to share information. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and wine. I just think the experience would be even better with a little more guidance and interaction throughout the tasting.”
“Nice place BUT IM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I PAID $100 for. The SUNDAY BRUNCH experience was NOT an experience. The lady came set the food in front and told us the ‘type’ of wine that was paired with the ‘food’ poured it and left. We were NOT informed of the history of the wine, the year, where it was from NOTHING! The food HORRIBLE! They sprinkled Parmesan cheese over everything but the stale cinnamon roll, they grits were dry and undercooked. I can’t even explain the taste of the quiche. The catfish nuggets were GOOD and flavorful. The older gentleman checked on us I requested some water and the check. I could see if it was busy but it was literally ONLY 4-6 other patrons there. I EXPECTED SO MUCH more. We were NOT even offered to purchase any wine. SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY😩”
