“Izaiah was awesome and made our first experience there great! Also, shout out to the bartender who gave me a new napkin when the wind blew mine to the ground and almost grabbed my receipt when wind got me again. Top tier service team!! Food was really delicious. Bone in Paniolo Ribeye was perfectly cooked and we really enjoyed that with the twin lobster tails. My favorite though was the dessert. Kona Coffee Creme Brulee is a must have.”
“What a great Steakhouse!!! If you're into great steaks, look no further!!! I go to Steakhouses all over, SoCal, Chicago, D.C., etc. I asked the server, Kula, what should I choose between a few options and he recommended the Ribeye Filet. Boy, was that one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was about 1 1/2 inches think, cooked perfectly, and added the blue cheese crust. This will definitely be my go to Steakhouse in Honolulu, and I've been to a few on this island. And ask for Kula, great server, friendly, knowledgeable, great experience all around. Also, made reservations through opentable and it was very simple.”
“We ordered a wagyu dinner for two. It included a wedge salad, stuffed portabella, the wagyu steak, asparagus, and a twice baked potato. Everything was delicious, but the steak and mushroom were definitely the highlight for us! I would also recommend the pina colada, it was one of the best I've ever had. The service was exceptional, our waiter was friendly and professional.”
“Had a great experience at Aloha Steakhouse. The steak was cooked exactly right with a solid sear and came out hot on the cast iron. We had the tomahawk but also saw a few others get excellent steaks. The asparagus and Caesar salad were both on point—and the garlic shrimp was awesome, light and crispy without being greasy. What stood out most was the service— our server Kula was awesome. Attentive, well-timed, and genuinely made the night better. Overall, a really excellent spot with excellent food and awesome service. I would highly recommend.”
“We had a wonderful dinner at Aloha Steakhouse in Waikiki! I tried the tomahawk steak the last time I visited and was really excited to bring my friends back to try it, but unfortunately it had sold out. They’re first-come, first-served now, even if you note it on the reservation, so I’d recommend booking earlier in the evening if that’s what you’re hoping for (they sold out around 7 PM when we went). That said, our server Kula was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, he truly made the experience even better. He shared that their steaks are cut in-house, and we appreciated learning how they trim off excess fat so customers get more of the actual meat they’re paying for. It’s thoughtful details like that that made us feel really taken care of. He also helped us choose some incredible alternatives, and his recommendation of the Wagyu picanha absolutely stole the show. It was so tender, flavorful, and definitely my new favorite. At 14 oz, it was also a great portion for my boyfriend and me to share with a few sides. We’ll definitely be coming back for that one. We also ordered the dry-aged cowboy ribeye. You could really taste the depth of flavor and aged character, and I’m glad I tried it, but next time I’d still choose the Wagyu picanha (rare because it cooks more from the residual heat) For sides, the truffle fries were tasty, though next time I’d probably go with the garlic fries since the truffle flavor was subtle. And if you like pork belly, don’t skip the bacon steak because it was juicy, delicious, and something my best friend said they would absolutely order again. Overall, we had a great evening, and huge shoutout again to Kula for making the whole experience so memorable!”
