“A wonderful dinner at the bar. We had wine, Ceasar salad and the chicken parm dish. They were hearty portions and all so delicious. The bar was lined with handsome bartenders and the overall vibes were so nice! Would definitely return to try more menu items in our next visit! ❤️”

“Had a great experience at Barbusa in San Diego. The place had a really cool vibe, the food was great, and the service was also very good. We ordered the Caesar salad, the prosciutto truffle pizza, and the pepperoni pizza. The salad was decent, the prosciutto truffle pizza was really good, and the pepperoni pizza was loaded with pepperoni and cheese definitely a standout. We went as a family of 4 and the 2 pizzas plus the salad completely filled us up. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Would definitely come back next time we’re in San Diego and would recommend checking this place out.”

“I’m friends with the owner’s brother who recommended I go during my first trip to San Diego. The food did not disappoint! It was well made and flavorful. For apps we ordered the mussels, lamb chops, and bruschetta. All of it was a 10/10. My entree was pepperoni pizza. It was fresh and had that great wood fire oven taste. I’ll be back to try more of the menu! I ordered their custom old fashioned and it tasted so savory and well crafted”

“January 2026 Came here for a group dinner. Great mussels and pizza. Brussels salad was a great choice. The pasta was ok. Part of the reason while offering patio seating on a chilling night, food got cold quick. Servers needed to hustle for delivery hot food quickly. Pizza was piping hot, but pasta not so. Regardless, food was flavorful and I recommend this restaurant.”
