“Great location in Little Italy. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating but the best seats are in the outdoor patio. Make reservations during peak hours. The menu has lots of choices. They serve complementary fresh bread with red sauce. The Ahi Tuna carpaccio is good and fresh. We requested some toasted bread to eat it with. The Lasagna classic is good but typical of most other Italian restaurants. Wish they made it more distinct. The Linguine Neri was great. I really enjoyed that more than the lasagna. Service is excellent. Warm and friendly. Portions are good and prices are reasonable considering the location.”
“The tomato pasta was really good—especially the thin noodles. The pesto rice was also quite nice. The octopus was a bit on the salty side. The bread was just okay. My kid had the ice cream, so I’m not sure how it tasted. The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent.”
“Located in nice area, the food was fair for touristic area, not impressed with it. The eggplant appetizer came cold, as if it was cooked earlier and reheated. The melted cheese on it is hard and cold. The seafood stew is very salty, The chicken plate is good and very well prepared. Service is excellent, cleanliness is good, sat at the patio which was very amusing.”
“Great food, beautiful location, supppeeerrr slow service. We order calamari as an app- it was amazing!!!! After 45 minutes of waiting after our app; I inquired about my food and I was told “there are people who have been waiting longer than you”… that follow up didn’t make me any less hungry. After 1 hour we received our food my Ravioli di Granchio was divine; vegan & gluten free ravioli tasted gluten free (removal of all joy in food).”
“The food here is good and reasonably priced. I personally was not a fan of the lasagna (it tasted too sweet) but the Cannelloni was delicious! The layout is not ideal and felt crowded while dining and service was very slow. We waited so long for our dinner we were full from appetizers and tired so had to take our mains to go. It took an uncharacteristically long time to receive a check in after the meals were dropped and then we had an additional long wait of approximately 15 minutes to get boxes and the check.”
