Causa is our Michelin-Starred tasting room where the world of Peruvian culinary tradition comes to life, thanks to the artistry of Chef Carlos Delgado. Our current menu, a Journey Through Peru, highlights dishes and ingredients from various regions and sub regions throughout Peru. We are also now offering a vegetarian experience and happy to accommodate almost all dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy allergies cannot be accommodated) We offer an amazing 6 course wine pairing or non-alcoholic pairing as well. Reservations can be booked two months in advance. This prix-fixe menu is $179 (tax & gratuity not included). “Still one of my most memorable meals to date. My wife and I did the tasting menu for my birthday and the corn dish they had is still something we talk about regularly. The service was also very prompt and kind, and they made the night feel special. Would recommend for an upscale meal with a great culinary point of view.”
“Delicious food and beautiful presentation on the dishes. Great service. My wife and I loved the music, but be aware it was loud. For two people, I wouldn’t recommend ordering the whole fish- the tasting menu was more than enough food for us. Although the whole fish dishes were absolutely delicious, so if you’re a group of 3+ people then I would definitely go for it (if you can afford to). Very expensive, but worth it!”
“Absolutely incredible first Michelin resteraunt experience. From entry to exit, the service was without fault. The 6 course tasting menu was diverse and exciting, accompanied by a rich and descriptive account of Chilean history and culture. To top it off, the complementary gift bags at the end of the meal were generously charming. I'm not much of a fine dining enthusiast, but this experience may have changed my outlook. Bravo”
“My husband and I absolutely loved Causa! I’ll admit I was a little nervous going in after seeing some negative reviews about the service, but our service was impeccable from start to finish. The fish imported every 4 days from the Japanese fish market, and the quality shows. We had our fish prepared simply by having it grilled over charcoal and it was phenomenal. The food overall was delicious, and the presentation was so colorful, fun, and thoughtful. Don’t skip the cocktail menu; i’s a must-try. Highly recommend!”
“Surprised by the recent negative reviews! My mom and I had a fantastic time here. We happened to go on the first night of the new menu, but we wouldn’t have known if they didn’t tell us. We loved all of the dishes in the four-course tasting, which felt like the perfect amount of food. You can tell they care about presentation just as much as taste, and the Peruvian influence was apparent. Some of the dishes were a little tart for my liking, but my mom loved the brightness. Service was fantastic and bonus points for the hip hop/r&b playlist.”
