“My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary at Elliott Aster, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The restaurant is stunningly beautiful, with an elegant, romantic atmosphere. Paula was our server, and she was phenomenal!!! She was fun, knowledgeable, and gave excellent recommendations throughout the night. Her energy made the experience even more enjoyable! The food was incredible, and everything was timed perfectly from start to finish. The pull-apart bread was completely out of this world and a must-order. The filet with mushrooms was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious, and the beef cheek pasta was rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. We wanted something lighter for dessert, and the pistachio gelato was the perfect choice. It was fresh, creamy, and the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Thank you to Paula for making our anniversary so special. We can’t wait to come back!”

“The restaurant is gorgeous, taking you back to when it was the original dining hall for the hotel back in the 1920s. The service was so warm and professional. Our server Michael made our dinner perfect with amazing recommendations. From the focaccia to the olive oil cake, we loved everything we tried. Wonderful flavor combinations, along with a fairly wide range of options, so it works if you’re going with a group. Also perfect for a special occasion. It was spring break, but we got the sense the restaurant was busy all the time. So as soon as you decide you want to go, check for a reservation. They fill up quickly.”

“Dined at Aster & Elliott located inside The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club and had a great experience. We started with an espresso martini, well balanced and delicious. The signature bread was a standout: crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, topped with butter and parmesan. For my entrée, I had the filet with a side of mashed potatoes, both were excellent and cooked perfectly. Overall, a great meal in a beautiful setting. Would definitely return.”

“Terrific first time visit to Elliott Aster in St. Pete. The Radiatore Alla Vodka was one of the best pasta dishes I've had. Perfectly cooked with a very tasty sauce w/just a slight kick of heat. Paired that with a side of 3 good sized and flavorful meatballs made for a very satisfying and memorable meal. I can also recommend the Brick Chicken with just one bite I could tell it was many steps above the average chicken meal. The fingerling potatoes were cooked just right and went well with the chicken. Finished off the meal with a scoop of the biscotti cookie gelato and it did not disappoint! The portions of all the dishes were big enough for leftovers for each. Highly recommend trying Elliot Aster if you're in the St. Pete area!”

“The experience was great. It took half an hour past our reservation to be seated, but once seated, service was top-notch! Present, helpful, and upbeat. Thank you Andrew and happy birthday to you. Food was fine. Classy dine in food. The bread is a must have going off other reviews, but it is a bit too filling. Seafood items were meh. Maybe we should have ordered something different. Interior is beautiful and well kept. Great spot for occasions. Thank you!”
