“Excellent on all fronts. A pricey place, but reasonable for the service and offering. Flight works by offering you sets of samples for entrees. They have themed sets, but you can mix and match. My choice was the Duck, Crab and Lobster Benedict, and Elk Tenderloin. All were excellent. Service: Waiter was excellent. Very professional and did well. Atmosphere: Comfortable and intriguing small corner space with two floors.”

“WOW! First time here and it's worth every penny! Absolutely blown away with the entire experience. The staff was extremely friendly & professional. Our server (Devin) was helpful, patient, and excellent. They let us enjoy the experience. The flight concept is genius, and the chef is very gracious to allow guests to customize their order entirely. Mix and match flight options if you prefer, hold a sauce if you're unsure, whatever you need. We ordered everything as is, and the flavors were special -- second to none! I don't think I've had a better dinner. I started with the soup of the day, which was a white cheddar poblano. It was amazing! My the entreé, I chose the Elk Tenderloin w/truffle Mac, Chicken and waffles, and Stuffed Flounder (all pictured) They were INCREDIBLE! The chorizo, lobster, crab, and shrimp stuffed/topping the flounder was exquisite. The mushroom sauce and syrup on the perfectly breaded and fried chicken was far and away the best tasting chicken and waffles I've had. The elk tenderloin was tender and cooked perfectly, and truffle Mac was to die for. The pictures don't do it justice by any means. We tried various wines as well, which were all delicious. She got the boursin filet, lobster & crabcake Benedict, and the quail, which were all phenomenal as well! The lobster Benny was truly special! We had to try the chocolate dessert flight for good measure, and my word did it delight. We were already stuffed but it was so delicious, we about polished it off. If I could give Flight more than 5* or 10/10 review, I would. It was INCREDIBLE This must be the best dining experience in all of Memphis”

“We were celebrating our son's graduation from optometry school & wanted a special dinner. Flight was a special occasion restaurant for my son & daughter in law when they lived in Memphis. It did not disappoint! We had 7 people in our group which can be hard to manage. Our server, Reece, did an outstanding job! He explained the menu to everyone so they could choose the best options for themselves, offering suggestions & making sure we all had what we needed. The food was amazing & everyone left stuffed! Be sure & try the deviled eggs with fried oysters & the lobster bisque...outstanding! Would recommend Flight & we are looking forward to eating here again in the future!”

I started with an old fashioned, followed with oysters on the half-shell, next with the steak flight, ending with a fancy desert mocktail made by the best bartender I've met in Memphis (he was the highlight of our dining experience).
