“Erling Jensen is one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy, and I’ve done quite a bit of traveling. It’s an experience complete with creative dishes that inspire your own creativity and the best service in town. I highly recommend the tasting menu if you can get it. My husband and I got married at brunch, and after a quick rest, our first married stop and treat for ourselves was Erling Jensen’s tasting menu and wine pairing. You will spend a pretty penny but it’s worth every bit and more. Memphis is lucky to have Erling.”

“Overall a good experience, expensive but expected. Tasting menue I had was well executed and cohesive. I have no complaints about the food, it was prepared well and tasted good. The only complaints I could say is the busser that I had asked for extra bread had forgotten to bring me any, and I believe my last menue item was almost forgotten as they brought it to me after I recieved the check. The servers and staff were nice but could've had more attention to detail given the price. I wouldn't say the time between dishes were fast by any means but they weren't excessively long either, so not an issue in my opinion, but do expect to be there for over an hour for the tasting menue. They offer valet but I found a parking spot myself, but parking does seem tight if its busy.”

“Showed up a few minutes early. We got seated within minutes. The staff was hard working, professional and pleasant. Drinks were great! The meal was exceptional, but I can't seem to understand why wagyu ribeye is so much more expensive. I honestly didn't notice any distinctive difference. Would love to go again. Nice atmosphere... very basic in appearance”
