“We came here for our anniversary for the first time. Let me just say this place is it!!! The service and atmosphere were top tier. The appetizers, entree, and drinks were EVERYTHING! The small details meant so much! They even had a customized menu with our anniversary year and our names! Steven was AH-mazing! Glenda (the owner) is the sweetest lady ever. I will DEFINITELY be back! Dinner party for sure loading…”

“My wife and I ate at Napa Cafe last night. It was a marvelous experience. Food: We had the smoked trout tart and the wedge salad to start things off. We share when we eat out. We usually even share the entree. I appreciate a restaurant that accommodates sharing. We didn’t ask but they split the salad for us. She had the Bronzed Tuna. I had the Pork Chop. Both were excellent. We finished with some sort of Southern Cheesecake (?) and it was light and delicious. Wine: One of the better wine lists in the city. They’ll surely serve you a fruit bomb like Caymus if you want it but they actually have some inexpensive savory cabs on the By The Glass menu and I was grateful for that. I didn’t study the prices but it appears that they were favorable across the board. Service: This was the most remarkable part of our evening. When we walked in the door there was a very nice young lady who greeted us warmly and who was eager to find us a table meeting our requirements (and, yes, we were a walk in). She went back into the dining area to scout one out for us and immediately 2 other young ladies jumped in to help. I believe it was the owner who finally arranged for our table and took us to it. It seemed like 1/4 of the restaurant was staff and they were all eager to help. We didn’t pass any employee without them welcoming us. Our waiter was a young man named Dakota. He was quite the character. Polite, engaged, professional and he seemed genuinely committed to making our evening memorable. It’s rare that you see a wait staff so locked in. The hostesses were bussing tables and bringing out food. They meshed with the wait staff. The owner was walking the floor and visited our table more than once, and she helped me select my second glass of wine! She brought out 2 tastings that she thought I’d like and let me pick from them. Atmosphere: lovely. There was live music. Maybe an alto sax player? He was playing lovely music that wasn’t overwhelming and we would’ve enjoyed watching him but we had things to discuss so we went to a quiet corner in the back room. Still, there was a birthday celebration in the back room and the musician came back and serenaded them. The restaurant was beautiful. If I could give them some advice it would be to plush it up a bit more. So all in all it gets top marks and we will be visiting more frequently.”

“Let’s me start by saying that Glenda and her staff made my daughter’s graduation dinner amazing! We had a last minute party of 6 arriving from Nashville and they arranged us a patio table that was so special for our girl! Not only was the food spectacular, the service was exceptional and they made a special menu just for her! I can’t begin to say enough about this wonderful evening in this fabulous restaurant! We will always dine with them and send everyone to Napa cafe! ❤️❤️”

“I made reservations to celebrate my birthday, and it was a nice experience. Unfortunately, the Wine Room was unavailable. However, they were still accommodating. The staff I made reservations with were super sweet and did a follow-up call to confirm on the day of. They set the tone before arriving for our dinner. The owner, Glenda, walks around visiting each table, making sure all is well; she was also very nice. As my appetizer, I ordered the Baked Crab Dip, 10/10. The Shrimp & Grits as my entrée also 10/10. Lastly, for dessert, the Praline Pecan Ice Cream Pie is a must-try. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and I will definitely be back.”

“Customer Service at it's finest!! From being greeted with smiles and pleasantries at the door, to being seated, our Wonderful server Gabriel (Big G, lol), to the owner herself Napa Cafe has Customer Service on lock!! And yes, the food and cocktails were on point!! The atmosphere, the decor and design all fit together for a great dining experience. It was a fantastic birthday dinner and Gabriel was outstanding! The venue was packed and very busy, but Big G took good care of us!! The entire staff made us feel welcomed and the overall positive energy they give is amazing! The owner, Glenda took the time to stop by our table and chat, and her spirit and presence was overflowing with a genuine welcoming energy!! I'd absolutely recommend Napa Cafe if you're looking for good food, good drinks and a customer service experience like no other!! 10 out of 10!”
