“Our server Daniel was amazing. We always get great service here but he was great to us. Food was a hit as always. Tried their new ribs. Were pretty good. Nice refreshing sides. Wife loved her food as well. Chicken skewer appetizer was amazing. That spicy sauce it comes with needs to be bottled. Will continue to come back and try the whole menu.”
“Really great birthday dinner. I like steak well done and it was fabulous. Another person in our group had her steak medium rare and said it was to die for. Really great chocolate cake!!!”
“As busy parents, my wife and I don't find many chances to dine out together just the 2 of us, so when we finally had the opportunity, we wanted to make it count. We had several options—but we’re so glad we chose Hazelwood Food & Drink in Woodbury! We were seated promptly by very welcoming hostesses, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing evening. Our waitress, Brianna, was outstanding and gave us excellent recommendations that truly made the experience even better. We started with appetizers, and they were phenomenal. The Brie Cheese Curds with lingonberry ketchup and blackberry jam were impeccable. At Brianna’s recommendation, we also tried the Boursin Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and it was absolutely amazing—rich, creamy, and one of the best versions we’ve had. For entrées, we ordered the Minute Chicken and the Pepperoni, Bacon, Goat Cheese, and Jalapeño Pizza. The Minute Chicken was off-the-charts good—the chicken was perfectly crispy, the noodles were packed with flavor, and the capers added a great finishing touch. The pizza had a really fun flavor combination that worked together surprisingly well. While we were there, we couldn’t help but notice how smoothly everything ran throughout the restaurant. The staff worked together like clockwork. From the cooks in the kitchen to the wait staff helping guests across the dining room, the teamwork really stood out and made the atmosphere feel special. Thank you to the entire team for making our night out so enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again—and next time we’ll definitely be bringing friends along with us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“I was quite impressed. I was expecting just a plain/mediocre Sunday brunch...nope. I was definitely impressed with my food. Everything was cooked perfectly and actually seasoned very well. Service was above average (my coffee got topped off multiple times) and they were friendly but not over the top. Overall, one of the better brunches I've had in quite awhile. Would recommend!”
“We went there brunch, limited menu where a variety of prices. The filet for $53 was a shocker. Definitely recommend making reservation reservations on open table. The atmosphere is really noisy, kind of a diner vibe but upscale, but you couldn’t hear the music. The service was good, friendly an made eye contact which made each interaction meaningful. The pot pie was amazing but the puff pastry was dense. The wings were meaty an juicy but small and the drizzle of butter was unnecessary as it pooled on the plate. The meat lacked flavor, but again was juicy. The shrimp deviled eggs were adorable. The eggs had a flavor I couldn’t determine, it was not off putting but not a flavor one could identify and enjoy. The fried shrimp was crispy, but a couple were doughy in the inside. My chicken sandwich was good, again meat was juicy, but didn’t fill the bun and chicken could have used more seasoning, not sure if they brine or not. I want sure if I was to dip the sandwich in the small amount of gravy provided. I tried that and hit like a turkey dinner vibe. The bun was soft on the outside but the toasting on the bun added a little different texture. The fries were on point, crispy, cooked in the inside and salted while jot the way the salt clinged to the fries. Bloody was on the better than average, the bacon (I am the Bacon Princess) if it was candied, it was fatty and not sweet, not as I would have expected, but spicy as advertised. Missing salt or brine of some sort.”
