Thai Spirit | Mayfair Heart MIKO Mei Fair is a contemporary Thai restaurant in Mayfair, London, offering fire-led Thai cooking within the intimacy of a Georgian townhouse on Curzon Street. Created by Samyukta Nair, MIKO Mei Fair brings together the adventurous imagination of MiMi Mei Fair with the culinary legacy of KOYN Thai. Led by Chef Soonthorn Apaipat, the menu explores the regional flavours of Thailand through dishes designed for sharing, including MIKO Prawn Toast, Black Pepper Crispy Squid, Kra Pow Gai, Yellow Crab Curry, Lobster Choo Chee, and Applewood-fire Pecking Duck Curry. At the heart of the kitchen sits the robata grill, bringing smoke and depth to both traditional dishes and contemporary interpretations. Cocktails are built around tropical fruits, citrus, fragrant herbs, and warming spice, served within a series of intimate dining rooms inspired by the colours and textures of Thailand.
