Monte's is a neighborhood farm-to-table restaurant featuring produce from our very own farm, Rincon Hill Farm in Carpinteria. The kitchen is led by former Restaurant at Meadowood and Providence alumnus Daniel Kim, focusing on vegetable-forward California-Korean cuisine. We believe in great ingredients, thoughtful cooking and genuine hospitality that is comfortable, unpretentious and easy to enjoy any day of the week. A shared commitment to sustainability will bring together three leaders in regenerative agriculture and hospitality for a one-night-only culinary collaboration as James Beard Award-nominated Chef Kevin Fink of Austin’s Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, Chef Daniel Kim of Monte’s by Endwell Hospitality, and Donnachadh Family Wines present a Michelin Green Star collaborative dinner on Thursday, July 23, at Rincon Hill Farm. Guests will begin with a guided farm tour before enjoying canapés and a multi-course family-style dinner collaboratively created by Kim and Fink using ingredients harvested from the farm, with each course thoughtfully paired with organically farmed estate wines from Donnachadh Family Wines.

For any questions or assistance with booking, please contact us at hello@montessb.com. A credit card is required to secure your reservation, but no charges will be applied until the day of your visit. For groups of seven guests or more we do require a pre-set menu. This will allow you to fully enjoy your experience as you dine. All menu items will be delivered to the center of the table for you and your guests to enjoy. This would consist of Oat Bakery Sourdough and Cultured Butter, Smashed Cucumber, Rincon Hill Farms Mix Greens, Soy Garlic Mushrooms, Prawn Toast, Mary's Chicken, Pork Katsu, Roasted Sugar Snap Peas, Chicken Ginger Rice, and finishing with Beignets. We do kindly ask for you to advise us of any allergies for your guests prior to arrival for us to plan accordingly. There is a cancellation fee of $50 per person if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the expected arrival.
