“Pavyllon, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, served one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. When people think of a Michelin-style tasting menu, they usually imagine lunch or dinner, but Pavyllon completely flips that expectation and proves that breakfast can be just as elevated, creative, and memorable. It is easy to see why it earned a Michelin star for breakfast, because the entire experience felt polished, original, and genuinely special. The breakfast tasting menu was a five-course experience with an optional drink pairing, and every course was exceptional. I was seated at the counter with a full view of the open kitchen, which made the meal even more engaging. Watching the chefs work added to the sense that this was not just breakfast, but a carefully choreographed culinary performance. Each plate arrived beautifully presented and full of flavor, with a level of precision that felt worthy of the setting. The standout for me was the prawn flatbread, which was an absolute carnival for the taste buds. It was one of those dishes that immediately makes you pause and appreciate how inventive breakfast can be when handled at this level. Another highlight was the chef’s special twist on shakshuka, served with the best crispy flatbread I have ever tasted. The contrast of textures and the depth of flavor made it unforgettable. Even with a busy kitchen, the chef still took time to speak with me and ask what I thought of the dishes, which made the experience feel personal as well as exceptional. The meal ended on a high note with their ultimate French toast, and it truly lived up to its name. Rich, indulgent, and beautifully executed, it felt like the perfect finale to an already impressive breakfast. To top off the experience, the staff gave me a signed menu as a souvenir, including a signature from the chef, which was a very thoughtful touch and made the visit feel even more memorable. If you are in London and looking for an extraordinary breakfast, this is the place to go. Pavyllon delivers something rare: a Michelin-starred breakfast that is inventive, delicious, and unforgettable from start to finish. It absolutely deserves its star”
“We had lunch at Pavyllon London and it was truly fantastic. The service was the best I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, every member of the team was attentive, welcoming, professional, and genuinely warm. They created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Every dish was beautifully presented and, more importantly, absolutely delicious. The menu offers a wonderful variety of choices, making it easy to find something appealing no matter your preferences. We were also touched by the thoughtful complimentary treats from the restaurant, which made our special occasion feel even more memorable. The combination of outstanding food, impeccable service, and a warm, elegant atmosphere makes Pavyllon a place we are already looking forward to visiting again.”
“We came for lunch and had their £55 three course set lunch which is great value and we really enjoyed it. I had the scallop tartlet (so good), duck (cooked perfectly) and the hazelnut meringue dessert (this was not quite to my taste though as it was too sweet). The service was attentive and polite.”
“Came for ala carte breakfast. Ushered to table shortly and was welcomed very warmly by staff. A complimentary juice shot was served. It was punchy and very delicious! I enjoyed my beautifully made decaf mocha (with tulip latte art!) - 5/5 Eggs florentine - 4/5 Found the muffins rather too dry Pancake with salted butter - 2.5/5 Very dry and thick, maybe with a little more sauce it could be better. Service- 5/5”
“The service perfect. We really felt and appreciated the care and attention to every detail. - The range bouche were amazing, loved them - I loved the tuna starter. That Japanese sauce was absolutely sumptuous - The scallops started and the cod main I was not particularly impressed - The biggest star of the show was that grapefruit dessert though. It is disturbingly good. The contrast of the bitterness and sweet ice cream works perfectly”
