“An exceptional dining experience that felt both refined and genuinely welcoming. Each course was beautifully put together, with a real sense of balance, high-quality ingredients, and elegant presentation. The flavours were thoughtful and memorable. The service was just as impressive. The team were attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and the wine pairing was excellent. Tom, in particular, stood out, his warmth, attention to detail, and clear expertise made the whole evening feel seamless and special. The atmosphere tied everything together perfectly, creating a space that was both comfortable and elevated. Overall, a restaurant that truly delivers on both gastronomy and hospitality. Highly recommended!!”
“Had reservations for a Friday in Oct 2025. I was super impressed with the atmosphere, quality of food, interactions with chefs and staff. A reservation here is very special because the restaurant has only 12 seats in the restaurant. Before: visiting from another country, I had some questions regarding credit card payments and dress code. Sent an email and the restaurant responded within 24 hours to answer my questions. (Yes, they take credit cards. The dress code is no sneakers/ trainers/ tennis shoes. Dressy but comfortable was their guidance). A week before the reservation, they called to confirm, asked about any food allergies, and walked through the layout of the meal. Checking in: there is a bit of security so plan for about 15 minutes of escalators and queues. When you take the elevator up, your anticipation raises up. The doors open and a quick turn to the restaurant. Dinner: walking into the restaurant, you are offered a glass of champagne to toast the evening. The staff asks if you will be ordering the wine tasting, cocktail tasting or 1/2 tasting. We opted for purchasing a glass of wine each as we are not big drinkers. I was a little worried that we would be treated differently for it, but no, we got the same level of service as everyone else. The meal, AMAZING and FANTASTIC and beyond all others. It is a tasting menu only that is created by the chefs. We loved everything. Photos below (I forgot to take photos of the first few courses). The view: you have floor to ceiling windows to see out to London and swivel chairs to watch the chefs. Advice: a seat at the end of the table allows you to see both without turning around.”
“An Unforgettable Experience at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High Dining at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High on the 60th floor of 22 Bishopsgate is nothing short of extraordinary. The views alone are worth the visit - London’s skyline unfolds in every direction - but it’s the food and service that truly elevate the experience. The intimate Chef’s Table setting offers front-row seats to culinary artistry at its finest. Each course of the tasting menu is beautifully executed, bold in flavor, and a true showcase of seasonal ingredients. Paired with an impeccable wine selection and flawless service, every moment feels curated and unforgettable. This isn’t just a meal - it’s a journey, and easily one of the most refined and memorable dining experiences in the city. Highly recommended.”
“RGRH April 1st , 2026 Reception not very welcoming sent to lucky cat when asked for restaurant Gordon Ramsay No greeting at chefs table despite only four people seated No explanation of the night, Mario AGM weak start. Team seemed nervous Had to ask for a champagne Poor explanation of the wine list Only 30 minutes in and disappointed. Hopefully things improve Tom (first day ) attending made it better (escorted to lift)and Chef James was super professional , Francis other front of house good and calm and super respectful First two courses great Condensation blurs the view hot air against cold stays on the windows Three servers for 12 customers adequate and attentive Two no show on the night. Adam (kitchen)presented the bread very well and super relaxed vibe. It’s getting better. Lobster tail amazing Turbot from Cornwall (this morning) and asparagus from Loire valley wow , Mario getting better now he has relaxed. I guess I can be intimidating. Chef James chef is great That said it’s all a bit chaotic at the front sometimes. Main course beautiful lamb from Lake District Herd-wick. Overall I feel a great experience but needs polish and maybe some discussion with AGM who is trying hard. “Sorry Mario” Front Service 4.0 Back service 4.8 Food 5.0 Ambience 4.2 View 5.0 Not sure who has the power on recruitment but I feel Chef James maybe has to assert more on this. Perhaps it’s the GM’s decision. Stepped into lucky cat after RGRH cool vibe and met Ali and Tatiana bar tenders on bar side awesome vibe. Made night great. Kudos to Kuwar/ Ryan less so James.”
“Overall, the experience was very satisfying, with attentive and polished service throughout the meal. The cuisine was thoughtfully composed and generally impressive. While the cheese dessert did not leave as strong an impression—the truffle aroma felt restrained and subtle—the progression of the menu was well balanced. The amuse-bouche and the jelly dessert served toward the end stood out as particularly elegant and memorable. The final petite passion fruit tart was the least compelling element for me. The tart base was relatively thick and firm, which slightly overshadowed the brightness and vibrancy of the passion fruit. The wine pairing leaned toward a more complex and distinctive style, with pronounced aromatic characteristics. While this approach may not suit every palate, it would appeal to guests who appreciate layered and expressive wines. I had noticed prior reviews mentioning lingering cooking aromas in the dining room, which caused some initial concern. In practice, however, this did not detract from the experience and felt overstated. One minor drawback was the shared restroom with the neighboring Lucky Cat, which felt less refined than expected at this price point. Additionally, noise from neighboring guests using the elevator occasionally disrupted the otherwise calm atmosphere.”
