The Riding House Café is an all-day, fun and informal neighbourhood brasserie situated amidst Fitzrovia's creative and media community, split across a variety of areas to eat, drink, meet and socialise. A bustling canteen, more formal dining room and a relaxed lounge are all joined together by the large dining bar and open kitchen. The predominantly Modern European menu features a range of small and large plates to suit any time of day. Dishes are wholesome, with an emphasis on fresh, light ingredients.
“Truly excellent. The maitre-d is wonderful, and the food is absolutely top drawer. I highly recommend the Bloody Great Mary. Actually the best I've ever had. My wife said her smashed avocado on toast is the best, too. I can't describe how good the Cinnamon French toast was. Delicious.”

“Came for breakfast very early on a lovely sunny Saturday morning. Just about 15 minutes after opening time. No crowds yet. Order was taken promptly and food and drinks followed very shortly. Very pleasantly surprised by the super fast service. Everything was well presented and absolutely scrumptious! I especially the beautiful and satisfying decaf mocha!”
“I chose to celebrate my birthday in London, and my morning started with a traditional English breakfast, which I tried for the very first time at this café. I was absolutely delighted — both by the food and, even more, by the service. The food was delicious, but what impressed me the most was the service. I would especially like to mention Kristina at the reception — she was genuinely kind, open, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. As a wonderful surprise, the staff brought me a birthday cake, which was unbelievably tasty. In my opinion, it was one of the best pies/cakes I have ever tried in my life. Because I enjoyed the service so much, I decided to come back the next day to have breakfast here again and say goodbye to London in such a lovely place. I wholeheartedly recommend this café. Everything is wonderful — the food, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the service, which was truly at the highest level. This is exactly why people come back — for great service.”
