In 1972, Tony Roma opened his first restaurant in North Miami, Florida, USA. Soon, Tony Roma's Place became known beyond the city limits for its warm atmosphere and delicious food. To enjoy the house specialty, the Baby Back Ribs, people traveled for miles. Word got around – reason enough for Tony Roma to offer his ribs to guests outside of Florida as well. Tony Roma's conquered the world – first the West Coast, then all of America. Even outside of the USA, the award-winning ribs became known: by 2018, there were already restaurants on all five continents where guests could indulge.
