“Horrible Experience! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. the customer service was subpar. We were there for four hours, and it took two hours to bring out our food, only to inform us that they did not have enough food for everyone. Furthermore, they offered to cut my cake, but they never mentioned that they would change a $50 fee for doing so. We repeatedly requested utensils, napkins, and water, but they never provided them. I strongly advise against recommending this place .”

“Absolutely unacceptable service. We were there from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM and ordered four ceviche plates. After waiting, we were told they “didn’t have enough” for the fourth order—something that should have been communicated before taking our order, not after wasting our time. Then, without any warning, they added an extra fee just for cutting our cake. No mention of it beforehand—just slipped onto the bill. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. This place clearly lacks communication and basic customer service standards. Katlyn and MJ—this was handled terribly. Would not recommend.”

“Got the $80 tasting platter for my girlfriend and I that fed (2-4) people. We were so hungry after we had to make food when we got home. Took almost an hour to get our food even tho we were the first ones there, complete disappointment.”
