Scotty's on Sheridan

“Exploration of choices on Sheridan Road, Dawn and randomly landed at Scotty's. Greeted by the owner, and served by a team that worked like they have been doing it for years. Can not say the last time I saw people waiting for seats at the bar. Old school bartender on display. Started with crab cakes on spinach leaves..mmmm. Dawn had the Salomon special, I tasted the lemon parm sauce. Oh my lemon was balanced and made the dish. With so many things to choose from I ask and went with the roccomended ribs. Tender with a classic sweet sauce that made this Midwest boy happy. Enjoyed a Door County Cherry Pie and was treated to a creme puff with Gelato by our waiter.”

“If you can past the fact that Scotty's is in a strip mall then all is well. We go there a lot. Empty nesters so don't judge;) The food and service never disappoint. Just all around a great vibe. Try to remember to make a reservation and you'll get seated asap.”

“What a charming gem of a place! Had dinner with the family, everything was fantastic. The dinner rolls were warm and fresh, the calamari, just delicious. Entrees varied between the white fish, the salmon and the lemon chicken, all were good, generous portions. We finished off with the Key lime pie and coconut cake for dessert.”

“Wonderful meal from start to finish. Adam is a great server. Attentive friendly and made great recommendations. Greek salad is chopped perfectly. Love the warm rolls. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Huge piece. Moist and flavorful. Must try. The chicken piccata special and fresh spinach were very delicious. Desserts of apple pie and ice cream and coconut cake topped off the meal. The lemon drop and Cosmo were cold and delicious. Perfectly made.”
