“We went for the day to use the spa and get treatments. What a wonderful experience! A BIG thank you to Karan who gave me the best massage (on her birthday no less!). She is so knowledgeable and knew I suffer from headaches and gave me some great tips. The sound bath was incredible The mineral pool was amazing Lunch was delicious HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Our stay at Southall Farm was amazing! It is an exceptional resort with great attention to detail and service! The staff is friendly and so helpful! Farm to table food is truly delicious! Our Hilltop cabin was spacious and well appointed. Southall Farm is an ode to nature. The resort structures and gardens are as beautiful as the surrounding land. Southall hospitality is pure perfection & five star recommend! We hope to return to Southall Farm for another wonderful vacation!”

“We visited the spa but did not stay at the resort. Had a fantastic time! The spa was great. We got massages, did a sound bath, spent a lot of time in the mineral pool, spent time in the sauna and steam rooms. We were there probably six hours total. If you're looking for relaxation, this is the place! Service was excellent. We also went to Sojourner (don't forget to make a reservation) and that was great too. Highly recommend.”

“We stayed at Southall for two nights and absolutely loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Guest services, the waitstaff, even the groundskeeper — every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful. A special shoutout to Garrett, who started a fire for us, brought blankets, and was so friendly and charming. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a stay feel truly special. The spa is lovely and such a peaceful escape. Emily gave me an amazing facial — one of the best I’ve had — and the sound bath was such a unique, calming experience. Highly recommend making time for both. Dinner at January was a highlight. You absolutely must try the salad — it was hands down the best lettuce I’ve ever tasted (and you can even buy it on the property!). Everything felt fresh, intentional, and beautifully prepared. Our room was perfect. They upgraded us and truly treated us like royalty the entire stay. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we can’t wait to come back”

“Spent the afternoon at Southall as part of a Nashville girls’ weekend - first at the luxurious spa and then at its signature restaurant, January. They are going for perfection here and they are almost there. The spa is luxurious and well-appointed with an attentive and helpful staff. My massage with Adam was fabulous, as was our time in the quiet lounge and on the outdoor patio and mineral pool. For our meal at January we chose the tasting menu where one delicious and unique dish after another was served by a skilled team. Timing was a bit of an issue as the kitchen got busier so one of our courses (grass fed beef with a popover with a bernaise sauce and fresh tarragon) wasn’t hot. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars. If you are looking for a quiet, elegant experience away from the buzz of Broadway- highly recommend.”
