AN INTIMATE INTERGALACTIC COCKTAIL BAR Expect elevated cocktails and evolving plates by the chef-owners of Travail Kitchen.
“I enjoyed a wonderful date night with my wife at Stargazer. The drinks were creative and delicious. (Be sure to view the unique online drink menu.) The food was fresh, delicious, and attractive, and portion sizes were ample - we left full, but without leftovers. Food prices are very reasonable; drink prices vary, and some are higher than others depending upon the spirits. The atmosphere is lively, and was a bit loud at the busiest time. I recommend Stargazer for couples and friends, and we will visit again! P. S. The bathrooms are a fun surprise!”
“Amazing cocktails with amazing bartenders! When it's nice out they have their garage door open which is nice. Fun vibes in there too. I haven't had the food so can't speak to it, but it looks good. Would highly recommend to everyone!”
“Small and cozy place for a date night or night out with friends. Highly recommend reservations as this place is small. The server was wonderful. We could tell he really loved his job. He was able to explain all the drink and food components by heart and seemed genuinely happy to help. The ambiance and lighting are unique and fun. Check it out!”
“Very cool space in this eclectic neighborhood. I'm glad to see more interesting restaurants and bars going into this area. The interior is dark and cool. Interesting cocktails, all of which we liked. The menu had small dishes, including several small pasta choices, perfect for a cocktail bar. The celestial theme is fun. A bit retro and provides for some interesting lighting in the bar and the restrooms. Only major complaint is that it is very very loud and difficult to talk.”
“This is a hard post to write as I am a massive fan of the Travail team, I was an original kickstarter! It literally hurts my heart to say this but our experience at Stargazer was TERRIBLE. I had a reservation for our group of 6. We walked in, saw what was prob our table immediately as the place is tiny yet we waited 5 min for anyone to seat us??! I had to go to the bar and ask for help. Mind you there were prob 8 other people in the place at this time. Once our drinks finally arrived they were great BUT we waited over 20 min for them. Again, the place was empty and this was on a Friday night at like 9:30pm. We had planned to order food but after the terrible service we hit another bar instead. Atmosphere was a disappointment as well. Had high hopes for that celestial feel. The “stars” were just odd light up circle on the ceiling. Just not what I have come to expect from the Travail team. I will not go back to stargazer but I will absolutely continue to frequent travail, pamp, ie, graze food hall and the dream creamery”
