Stella 34 Trattoria offers Neapolitan pizza from wood-burning ovens with fior di latte mozzarella, Caputo flour imported from Naples, San Marzano tomatoes from the foothills of Mount Vesuvius and water meticulously sourced from local wells to match the pH and mineral balance of the natural spring water in Naples. The menu showcases al forno entrées, house-made pasta, fresh salads, "piccoli piatti" – signature Italian antipasti designed for sharing – and an all-Italian wine list of more than 100 selections.

“We didn't realize until after we booked a reservation that this is inside Macy's. However - it was delicious! Our server was very attentive and friendly, the food came out quickly and was really good. A few of us split a margarita pizza, calamari, and the burrata & asparagus salad and we loved it all. The cocktails were also fantastic!”
“A friend introduced me to Stella restaurant. An Italian restaurant with a huge beautiful marble bar and view of the Empire State Building on top of Macys department store?! Yes, please! This peaceful restaurant is a wonderful respite from the crowdedness of the street below. I come here frequently and the bartender Saleem is always attentive and friendly. The food is excellent with homemade pastas and brick oven pizzas. I’m not a salad person but I love the ones here. I’ve taken family and friends here. We are always seated immediately and usually with a view. They consider this an “insiders spot” and who am I to argue?”

“Travelled from Athens, Greece to NY two weeks ago. Not for the first time. Nice food, beautiful view (Empire State building nearby, One Vanderbilt), yet not crowded. Minimal, light-color decoration. Last but also important: polite, accomodating staff. Jacklyn is a very good server! 👏”
