“I heard about the short ribs on the menu being a highlight, and they certainly did not disappoint. The meat quality was very good, and the marinade was incredible. The moment it hit the grill, the smell of the marinade was sensational. Their side dishes were all very well seasoned, and not too overpowering. The ssamjang flight was a new experience, and a delight to explore with making different wraps. Our server was very attentive and expert in handling the grill, and was very kind in explaining any questions we had during the evening. I will highly recommend to everyone to go try this place. “Top notch Korean BBQ in Midtown. Beet salad was refreshing and delicious followed by excellent Galbi dumplings. We chose Marinated Shott ribs and skirt steak, the skirt steak was very good while the short ribs were outstanding. The potato with black garlic, horseradish and mentaiko spread was sublime”

The quality of the meat was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and grilled perfectly to the point. You can really taste the difference. Considering the high quality, the prices are absolutely reasonable. Overall, a fantastic spot for Korean BBQ that we would definitely recommend and visit again.”

“My colleagues and I stopped in for a weekday lunch and tried one of their lunch set deals. While the sets are convenient and include a good amount of food, they do feel a bit pricey for a typical workday lunch. The service was quick, and the atmosphere felt upscale, spacious, and extremely comfortable. One interesting detail was that the banchan is served individually with each meal rather than shared family-style on the table. Even so, the staff regularly came around offering refills. One of the banchan was a shredded meat dish that reminded me of barbacoa, and it was tempting enough that, with constant refills, it could almost turn into an all-you-can-eat situation. Each lunch set includes a protein, soup, rice, and banchan. We ordered short rib with soybean stew and multigrain rice, bulgogi with kimchi stew and white rice, and beef belly with soybean stew and multigrain rice. When the food arrived, there were several mix-ups, our rice, meats, and stews were all mismatched between the three of us. It wasn’t a major issue, so we didn’t bring it up, but it did reflect some major inaccuracy in taking the orders. As for the food, the short rib stood out as the best, tender and flavorful, though also the most expensive option. I ordered the beef belly, which I enjoyed for its richness and fattiness, though it may not be for everyone. The bulgogi was solid but fairly standard. Portion sizes were generous overall, especially considering the price point. In the end, there was plenty of food, and we all left feeling full and satisfied enough that it still felt like a worthwhile lunch.”
