“Great cozy ambiance! The food is incredible, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I do highly recommend to make reservations as this is the north end and it gets busy everywhere but this place in particular is always packed! Do not show up with big parties expecting to be seated because it just won't work, or you will be waiting for at least 45 mins for a table. Also do not get picky if you didn't get that window seat! You are there to experience the food and the wine so enjoy!”
“If you love Italian food, Boston’s North End has it all — from fresh pasta and classic pizza to seafood dishes packed with flavor. But if you’re craving black ink squid pasta or a perfectly made Aglio e Olio, then you have to visit The Daily Catch. The original spot on Hanover Street brings that cozy old-school North End charm, while their sister location on Atlantic Avenue by the waterfront offers easier parking, more seating, and a spacious outdoor patio perfect for warmer days. Great food, waterfront vibes, and some of the best seafood pasta in the city.”
“This place was absolutely amazing. The service was phenomenal. We found this place by accident when my sister and I visited Boston a few weeks ago. We where seated right away. I think our waitress was Bianca ( she was absolutely amazing) you are able to customize you plates to your liking. The food was so good we went back a second time before leaving. That second time I had there black pasta with Alfredo sauce and scallops. Best i have ever taste, my bowl was completely empty. Packed with flavor pasta definitely made inhouse, it was gummy or pasty everything was delicious. If you are ever in Boston you must go to The Daily Catch. Make sure its across from The Boat Loft. There are 2 locations I believe....”
“Such a quaint little restaurant. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area and a great atmosphere inside. The staff is very professional and the service is fast. This was our fourth stop for chowder and the Daily Catch had a very unique flavor. It's herb forward. Lots of bay leaf & thyme with a zesty scallion garnish. The little biscuit in the center was a great touch, way better than the bland oyster crackers everyone else has. Hit up the Daily Catch. The waitress told us about their second location with succulent lobster rolls, we are waddling there later today. A special thank you to the manager, Mauricio.”
“Seafood was really fresh and one of the best clam chowders I've ever had. Black pasta with aglio e olio calamari was very tasty. Shared the misto fritto and each pieces was well breaded and fresh. Loved the meaty scallops, fish and shrimp. It would have been nice it this came with red sauce on the side but I think it was a cocktail and tartar sauce. For entree I had the scallops and gnocchi. It was a smaller dish for $17 but filling since we shared 2 other apps. The only issue at the end was that I got charged double for the dish --- glad I checked that before I walked out of the restaurant. Also, parking in the area is non existent unless you go to a paid lot.”
